Return Policy

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return. Returns remain subject to the conditions below.

Items must be unused and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging and your receipt or proof of purchase.

A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns and covers our non-refundable outbound shipping costs.

Customers can arrange return shipping and purchase their own return label, or we can purchase a return  label for them and deduct its cost from their refund.

Cancellations

We accept free order cancellations within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund (exceptions may apply). Email support@laurieyappdesign.com to request cancellation.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will confirm whether it is approved. Approved refunds, less the 15% restocking fee, are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@laurieyappdesign.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
